saga-show.com (the "Site") is operated by the Saga Show production (the "Production"). Using the Site, including purchasing tickets, constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Purchases are completed on a secure payment page operated by an external payment provider; card details never reach or pass through the Site’s servers. Prices include VAT. After payment, an e-ticket with a QR code is emailed to you and can also be downloaded from the confirmation page.
Cancellations are handled per the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981: a purchase may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction, provided the cancellation is made no later than 7 non-rest days before the show date. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or ILS 100, whichever is lower, applies. To cancel, email us with your order details.
When purchasing we collect your full name, email and phone number, along with a record of your consent to these terms. The data is used to issue and deliver tickets, send a show reminder and service messages, and — subject to consent — updates and offers. Data is held per the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and is not sold or shared with third parties except sub-processors essential to the service: the payment provider, the email delivery provider, and the Site’s hosting and database providers and measurement and advertising providers (Meta and Google), which receive information about your browsing on this site as described in the Cookies section.
This site uses cookies essential to its operation, and third-party marketing and measurement cookies (Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) that are active from the start of your visit and help us measure campaign performance and improve the site. You can refuse them at any time via the cookie banner shown on your first visit; refusing stops this collection and deletes the relevant identifying cookies from your browser. Refusing does not affect your use of the site or your ticket purchase.
You may review the data held about you, request its correction or deletion, and unsubscribe from mailings at any time via the contact email below or the unsubscribe link in our emails.
All Site content — text, images, videos, design and music — belongs to the Production or to rights holders who licensed it, and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.
The Production strives to keep the Site accurate and current but errors may occur; it bears no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the Site. If a show is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or exchange as required by law.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published on the Site at the time of use governs. Israeli law applies and Israeli courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
